DR. JIM GUINN
Dr. Jim Guinn is a certified mediator, keynote speaker, professor, and trainer with a passion for leadership development. Dr. Guinn specializes in equipping leaders with practical skills for change management through predicting and preventing highly emotional conflict.

Dr. Jim Guinn is a dynamic instructor and innovative leader in the field of human performance, Dr. Guinn is instrumental in training teachers and administrators on how to predict and prevent highly emotional conflict in the workplace.
One of the nations leading authorities on internal mediation for corporations, Dr. Guinn's work includes professional sports teams, Fortune 500 companies, school and hospital administrators, and government employees in both the U.S. and Mexico teaching their management, sales, and customer service teams to solve people not problems.

Dr. Guinn is a professor at Texas A&M University and presents at national and international conferences on his work in organizational leadership and conflict resolution. He has served on the board of the Texas Association of Mediators and currently serves as the director of the Brazos Valley Dispute Resolution Center which provides pro bono mediation and arbitration services throughout Texas.

Dr. Guinn holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution, and Bachelor’ Degree in Business Management from Abilene Christian University. As a college athlete in both football and baseball, he continues to be a sports enthusiast. He currently lives in College Station, Texas with his wife Chelsea and two daughters Blair and Caroline who keep his mediation skills sharp.
